My dream career started with a love for stories, in grade two or three. I decided I was going to be a writer. Most of my classmates were going to be NHL stars, doctors, lawyers, actresses and actors… I just wanted to write stories. Fast forward to post-secondary – the Public Relations program at MRC (now MRU). Three of the best years, with some of the best classes and friends. Then graduation, and my first real job, managing a website and putting together programs for a local theatre company. Thankfully I had a textbook from my boyfriend, HTML, and learned the art of googling. That job started me on my path – focusing on digital content and honest communication. Over a decade of edits, reviews, projects, websites, employers, clients… writing content. Telling stories.
